The career of this Chef, with 2 Michelin Stars, Executive chef with 5 Stars/5 Diamonds in French cuisine, is impressive. Trained with the greats of the profession, Patrick Lenôtre, Paul Bocuse, Roger Vergé, and Joel Robuchon, he perfected his training during his travels to Switzerland, Japan, and the United States. Private Chef to François Mitterrand and Bill Clinton, cook for American stars in Los Angeles, he has finally decided to settle down for six months in our islands and try the Polynesian adventure with Sofitel hotels.
He has also just signed the new menu at Restaurant Pure at the Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora Beach Resort 4*. All Sofitel hotels restaurants should soon benefit from Chief Burlion’s expert advice and offer menus up to his reputation.
