Heiarii Hoiore previously second chef, is donning the Head Chef’s hat at Tahiti’s renowned gourmet restaurant, Le Coco’s.
It’s a source of great pride for this young man of 32 years from the Fenua, trained by the Pourcel brothers, two chefs from the South of France who have known how to share with him the love of fine Mediterranean cuisine. And not just puppy love, as our young and talented Chef hopes to apply and adapt these sweet and fruity flavors to the Coco’s menu!
