Private Chef to François Mitterrand and Bill Clinton, cook for American stars in Los Angeles, he has finally decided to settle down for six months in our islands and try the Polynesian adventure with Sofitel hotels.
He has also just signed the new menu at Restaurant Pure at the Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora Beach Resort 4*. All Sofitel hotels restaurants should soon benefit from Chief Burlion’s expert advice and offer menus up to his reputation.
